Matriculation or equivalent plus two years I.T.I. Certificate in Electronics

Or

Intermediate or 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry And Mathematics from a recognized board

The age limit Should be between 18 to 23 Years for open category applicants.

With an upper age limit relaxation as Under:

Five years  Relaxation in case of SC/ST (open) applicants

Three years in case of OBC candidates.
